Voter Activation Network Training

For Democratic Precinct Committee Persons and Activists

Description:

This training will consist of two one-hour sessions on using the online data resource of voter information from the Democratic Party of Oregon. This valuable training is for PCP's and campaign/ballot measure volunteers and staff to learn how to create calling lists, walking lists for canvassing, sorted and arranged by various criteria selected by the user.

The first hour is mainly an introduction to the VAN system, how to get online access to it, and basic functions to use it; aka VAN 101. The second hour will be more in depth features and continuation of introductory functions for more experienced users as well as providing some example/practice time to hone skills in preparation for in the field use.

The cost of the training will be $110 for the room and $2.50/person to be shared between the County Central Committees with participating members.
